BY RECEIVING A TICKET TO THE NAUTILUS CLUB, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
As consideration for being allowed to attend the Nautilus Club hosted by Sarasota Professional Soccer, LLC (“Organizer”), all attendees (“Attendees”), on his or her own behalf acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (“Agreement”):
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY WITH ALCOHOL:
Consumption of alcohol at the Nautilus Club is optional and a personal decision. By attending the Nautilus Club, Attendee agrees that any alcoholic beverages Attendee consumes are his/her own choice and responsibility. Attendee agrees to drink responsibly and heed suggestions from others and will not drive if intoxicated. Attendee acknowledges that he/she alone is responsible for all actions resulting from consuming alcohol and Sarasota Professional Soccer LLC is in no way responsible.
No attendees under the age of 21 will attempt to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.
The possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited while attending the Nautilus club. ONLY attendees over the age 21 may consume alcohol and must do so responsibly. The excessive consumption of alcohol and all violent or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. If the attendee exhibits such behavior, in Organizer’s sole and absolute discretion, Organizer may remove Attendee from the Nautilus Club and no refund will be granted. Attendee hereby acknowledges that Organizer is not responsible for guaranteeing appropriate behavior by other attendees of the Nautilus Club, and Attendee hereby accepts all known and unknown risks associated with such behavior being exhibited by other attendees at a the Nautilus Club.
Attendee is solely responsible for any and all damages suffered by his/herself or that he/she may cause to third parties as a result of alcohol consumption to include, but not limited to, property damage, personal injury, death, disfigurement, or loss of consortium.
