Terms & Conditions – Sarasota Paradise Ticketing and Event Policies

By purchasing a ticket or attending an event hosted by Sarasota Paradise, you agree to abide by the following policies. Violating these policies may result in removal from the venue without a refund.

1. Ticketing Policies: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except as expressly stated. Sarasota Paradise is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Entry to the venue requires a valid ticket for the specified event.

2. Stadium Conduct Policies: All attendees are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward others, including fans, staff, and players. Unauthorized entry to restricted areas is prohibited.

3. Flag Policy: Only the following flags are permitted inside the stadium: the United States National Flag, the Florida State Flag, and the Sarasota Paradise Flag. Sarasota Paradise reserves the right to remove any other flag or banner and expel the individual(s) responsible for displaying it. This policy ensures a safe and inclusive environment for all attendees.

4. Prohibited Items: For safety reasons, the following items are prohibited: Weapons of any kind. Outside food and beverages (unless explicitly permitted). Drones or remote-controlled devices

5. Liability Waiver: By attending, you assume all risks associated with the event, including but not limited to injuries, property damage, or lost items. Sarasota Paradise is not liable for damages or losses incurred during events.
